BMW R12 (2024+) Front Wheel Axle Protector by Evotech Performance

BMW R12 (2024+) axle protector from Evotech Performance fits the following MODELS
Protection for the front wheel on both sides
Discreet black injection-moulded nylon spools with aluminium mount
The front protector is secured with a stainless steel spindle with rolled thread.
Replacement coil heads can be purchased separately from us in case of a slip.

The front guard fits precisely over the front wheel and is mounted with a supplied stainless steel spindle with rolled thread and all necessary fasteners. The outside of the wheel is finished with a precision-machined and coated aluminium hub stop. The nylon spools all feature an aluminium core that provides durable protection and reduces costly damage to your motorcycle in the event of an accident.

Reinforced number plate made of DIBOND® material 180 x 200 mm

Reinforced number plate (D) 180 x 200 mm made of DIBOND® material

Are you looking for a stable and visually clean solution for mounting your number plate?
We offer a 3 mm thick, 150 gram light DIBOND® plate with perfectly rounded, milled corners.
This is identical to the curves of the number plate.
The plate is matt black on one side and glossy black on the other.
For our customers from SWITZERLAND or LICHTENSTEIN we also have the right size in stock: 140 x 180 mm plate
For our customers from Austria we can recommend this plate: 210 x 170 mm

The plate is supplied without holes.
We used 5 mm countersunk screws for mounting on a KTM Super Duke R 1.0.

The holes on the plate were countersunk with a 5.5 mm drill bit and then with a countersunk drill bit according to the screw.
It is best to use a pillar drill with a depth stop for this.
To secure the M5 cap nut we use Loctite 243.
The reflector with the angle bracket is already included with most EVOTECH PERFORMANCE number plate holders. If not, you can get it HERE.
