What does an EP Radiator Guard do?
An EP Radiator Guard protects the radiator of the Suzuki V-Strom 1050 from damage while allowing cooling air to pass through. The radiator's delicate fins bend easily, and misaligned fins can obstruct cooling air, causing overheating. The radiator's internal water channels are very susceptible to holes caused by stones, debris, etc., which are usually picked up by the front tyres or other road users and thrown directly into the radiator. Leaking coolant will render the V-Strom 1050 inoperable due to overheating, which may result in engine damage.
