Triumph Speed/Scrambler 400 Crash Protector from Evotech Performance

The crash guard from Evotech Performance for the Triumph Speed/Scrambler 400 is designed for easy installation.
It can be conveniently attached to the existing mounting points on your motorbike.
These crash bars are made from high performance engineering polymer, while the mounting bodies are precision CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminium.
The assembly is finished with a durable black powder coating to ensure a long service life and is securely fastened with a 10 mm stainless steel shaft.

To avoid damage to your motorbike during installation, we recommend covering all important/sensitive parts.
When fitting, use threadlocker if possible and observe the torque specifications.

    Coil head made of black nylon, supported by an aluminium spacer
    Held by a spindle rod with rolled thread
    Mounted through the front fork spindle

    Replacement nylon spool heads can be purchased separately

Evotech Performance recommends protecting the front end of the Triumph Scrambler 400 X with the front wheel axle protector. The spindle rod is held by the wheel with a rolled thread so that the outer nylon spool and the inner aluminium spool should hit first in the unlikely event of a crash. EP's innovative design allows the nylon spool head to rotate on impact to reduce stress on the wheel.
