What are the functions of EP radiator protection and oil cooler protection?

Simply put, EP Water& Oil Radiator Guards protect these two vital components from major damage caused by road debris while allowing essential cooling air to pass through. The delicate fins of the radiator and oil cooler bend easily and restrict the flow of cooling air, which can lead to overheating and reduced engine performance. Both units have internal cores that are susceptible to holes caused by stones, etc. Leaking coolant renders the CBR 1000RR-R SP unusable due to overheating, while a holey oil cooler reduces oil pressure and increases the risk of engine damage.

Are you looking for a stable and visually clean solution for mounting your number plate?
We offer a 3 mm thick, 150 gram light DIBOND® plate with perfectly rounded, milled corners.
This is identical to the curves of the number plate.
The plate is matt black on one side and glossy black on the other.
For our customers from SWITZERLAND or LICHTENSTEIN we also have the right size in stock: 140 x 180 mm plate
For our customers from Austria we can recommend this plate: 210 x 170 mm

The plate is supplied without holes.
We used 5 mm countersunk screws for mounting on a KTM Super Duke R 1.0.

The holes on the plate were countersunk with a 5.5 mm drill bit and then with a countersunk drill bit according to the screw.
It is best to use a pillar drill with a depth stop for this.
To secure the M5 cap nut we use Loctite 243.
