Kawasaki Z 900 RS exhaust bracket kit from 2018 by Evotech Performance

This bracket from Evotech Performance will fit your Kawasaki Z900 RS from 2018 and when using the original exhaust system or in combination with various mufflers.
This bracket is preferred when the standard footrests for the passenger are no longer needed or for solo operation.
All necessary screws and parts needed for a conversion are included.
A cover panel for the left side is also included.
Made from high strength aircraft aluminum. Anodized black matt for a very long life.

If you fit it yourself, please make sure that your motorbike is secure and that the product is only intended for your motorbike. The models for which the product is tested and intended can be found with each item.
To avoid damage to your motorbike during installation, we recommend covering all important/sensitive parts.
When fitting, use threadlocker if possible and observe the torque specifications. The fixing screws on the licence plate holder in particular should be secured with threadlocker. Loss of the licence plate holder due to lost screws can cause unpleasant damage.

Are you looking for a stable and visually clean solution for mounting your number plate?
We offer a 3 mm thick, 150 gram light DIBOND® plate with perfectly rounded, milled corners.
This is identical to the curves of the number plate.
The plate is matt black on one side and glossy black on the other.
For our customers from SWITZERLAND or LICHTENSTEIN we also have the right size in stock: 140 x 180 mm plate

The plate is supplied without holes.
We used 5 mm countersunk screws for mounting on a KTM Super Duke R 1.0.

The holes on the plate were countersunk with a 5.5 mm drill bit and then with a countersunk drill bit according to the screw.
It is best to use a pillar drill with a depth stop for this.
To secure the M5 cap nut we use Loctite 243.
